Meet Lily Bienstock, PMHNP-BC

My Story

Lily Bienstock, APRN, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in Tennessee and New Jersey. She graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2019 and has since practiced as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of clinical settings. Prior to her work as a nurse practitioner, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and worked as a bedside nurse at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital for 4 years.

Throughout her nursing career, Lily has prioritized providing holistic care that seeks to honor each client as an individual with a unique lived experience. She aims to provide a non-judgmental and authentic rapport with her clients to help focus on the symptoms and goals most important to them. She especially enjoys helping individuals and families navigate mental health concerns in the setting of co-occurring ADHD.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Lily practicing aerial acrobatics, enjoying live music with her husband, and trying to keep her mischievous terrier out of trouble.
